Dr Davies, Dr McGoldrick and Dr Rukasha provide specialist psychiatry services for adult patients. Committed to thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care, the psychiatrists at Southside work collaboratively with patients, families (where appropriate), and treating GPs, psychologists, and allied health professionals to develop clear, individualised treatment plans that align with each person’s goals and circumstances. 

The focus is on careful assessment, practical recommendations, and ongoing review - whether that involves medication management, diagnostic clarification, second opinions, or support for complex and comorbid presentations.  Respectful communication, continuity of care, and timely liaison with referrers is prioritised, helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their next steps

Initial Consultation (70 minutes) - $800.00

Subsequent consultation (60 minutes) - $490

Subsequent consultation (40 minutes) - $390

Subsequent consultation (20 minutes) - $260  

Management Plan (<45 minutes) - $550.00


Dr Matthew Davies' Cancellation Policy:

At least 48 Business hours notice is required to change or cancel appointments, or a cancellation fee of $120 will be charged. 

Dr Jenny McGoldrick's Fees:

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) - $790.00  

Subsequent consultation (45 minutes) - $490 

Subsequent consultation (30 minutes) - $390  

Subsequent consultation (20 minutes) - $290  


Eating Disorder Plans:

MBS Code 90260 (plan, 45 minutes) - $600

MBS Code 90266 (review, 30 minutes) - $600


Dr Jenny McGoldrick's Cancellation Policy:

A full fee cancellation cost will be charged if a cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours' notice on clinic days (Monday-Saturday). Cancellations received on Sundays for appointments booked Monday or Tuesday of the following week will incur a full fee. Medicare does not cover cancelled appointments.

Initial Consultation (75 minutes) - $650.00

Subsequent consultation (45 minutes) - $490

Subsequent consultation (30 minutes) - $390

Subsequent consultation (20 minutes) - $290 

Management Plan (<45 minutes) - $550.00
