Emergencies

Southside Health and Wellbeing does not provide an emergency therapy service and your psychologist will not be available, either in person or by telephone, outside of the ordinary hours of practice. Please note that, while every effort will be made to accommodate your needs, your psychologist may not be available at short notice even within ordinary business hours. However, we endeavour to return all urgent messages left within practice hours on the same day. If you have an emergency outside of our clinic hours, or if you have been unable to get in touch with our team on 9579 2480, please use the emergency contact resources below.
