      JESSICA TAYLOR holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, and a Master of Clinical Psychology degree from the University of New England. Jessica is an Associate Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).


      Jessica has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both private practice and community health settings. Her therapeutic approach places a strong emphasis on understanding each client's individual story, harnessing their strengths, and collaboratively developing workable strategies to overcome personal challenges. She does so in a gentle, warm and respectful manner.


      Although Jessica enjoys seeing clients of all ages, she has a particular interest working with children and their families. She has experience working with children and their families to manage mood and anxiety disorders, behavioural and attachment difficulties, as well as parent challenges. She also provides psychometric assessments. Regarding her work with adults, Jessica facilitates her clients in areas such as depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties and interpersonal problems. She integrates and draws upon evidence-based skills of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and attachment-based strategies.
