JESSICA CHUNG-BEILHARZ holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a PhD in Neuropsychology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).

Jessica is an empathetic, engaging, and non-judgemental therapist who provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their personal challenges. She works collaboratively with clients to develop an individualised treatment plan that targets these challenges, fosters personal health and wellbeing and empowers the clients to draw on their personal strengths and life values. To achieve this, Jessica draws from a range of therapy modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She has completed accredited advanced EMDR training for children and adults.

Jessica completed her clinical training at St George Community Mental Health Service, Karitane Toddler Clinic, the Parent-Child Research Clinic, and the University of Sydney Psychology Clinic. In these settings, she worked with individuals and groups to provide assessment and treatment for mood and anxiety disorders, complex trauma, personality disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and conduct and behavioural disorders.

Jessica also worked for several years as a Post-Doctoral Research Scientist (Department of Psychiatry, UNSW) and complements her psychological practice with her research expertise. She was involved in a number of projects including a registered clinical trial investigating the effectiveness of personalised mindfulness practice on sleep and functioning in people with depression and fatigue. She has presented her research domestically and internationally, published widely, and attracted early career research funding.
