Protecting the health and wellbeing of our clients, practitioners, staff and the community is our highest priority. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have temporarily moved some clinical services to telehealth (video and phone consultations). Our friendly reception team will remain available by phone and email. We will continue to provide high quality, evidence-based, compassionate care to both new and existing clients.
Please inform the Clinic Receptionist if you have cold or flu symptoms. You will be sent an SMS reminder about this prior to your appointment.
All patients must hand sanitise on entering the building and comply with social distancing requirements (1.5 metres distance to be maintained between clients and clinic staff at all times).
Any patients attending the practice who present with cold or flu symptoms will be asked to leave the clinic and return home immediately. Our reception team will follow up to reschedule their appointment.
