Naturopathy

Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a natural form of medicine that incorporates nutrition, herbal medicine, homoeopathy and lifestyle modification in order to restore and optimise health and prevent disease. Naturopaths treat the individual person according to their specific needs and address the underlying factors of a disease or complaint, rather than just the symptoms.

Our naturopath is fully qualified and registered, treating a wide variety of conditions for both men and women. As each person is unique, the best combination of therapies is determined after a complete and thorough consultation.

Regina is a caring and dynamic practitioner, bringing her experience to cater to your health needs comprehensively in an effective healing relationship.  Together with Regina, you will create a plan that works with your lifestyle, but will also achieve balance and wellness in all aspects of your life.
