Our busy, innovative psychology and natural therapies practice requires a Receptionist to work afternoon and evening shifts. This is an interesting and varied role with excellent working conditions. A commitment to exceptional client service and excellent computer skills is essential. Previous experience in a reception role is desirable but not essential. Tertiary students are welcome to apply.
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 5-8, Thursday 2-8 pm. Set hours will vary from week to week based on practice demands. Availability to work additional hours, particularly during periods when our Day Receptionists take leave, is desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Processing client accounts
- Booking new appointments
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Taking new referrals
- Following up outstanding accounts
- Photocopying
- Preparation of client files
- Preparation of memos for Associates
- Filing
- Mail-outs
- Other administrative activities that support the therapy team in their day-to-day roles
The confidentiality of all client and practice information must be maintained at all times. Absolute professionalism is expected in the performance of all roles.
The Receptionist will be employed on a Casual basis. Pay will be in accordance with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award (2010).
