Practice Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Hours: Casual

Our innovative, multidisciplinary health care practice requires a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is an interesting and varied role with excellent working conditions. A commitment to exceptional client service and excellent computer skills is essential. Relevant training and/or previous experience in a reception, PA or EA role is desirable but not essential. We are seeking applicants with a friendly, helpful nature, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment requiring strong multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing client accounts
  • Booking new appointments
  • Managing incoming phone calls
  • Taking new referrals
  • Following up outstanding accounts
  • Preparation of client files
  • Preparation of memos for Practitioners
  • Promotional activities, including coordinating mail-outs
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Other day-to-day administrative activities that maintain the practice and support our practitioners in their roles
