AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy is a natural therapy that promotes healing and holistic wellbeing. It stimulates the lymphatic system, clearing excess fluids and waste products from connective tissue. This enhances the body's immune system, and strengthens resistance to illness and stress.
Aromatherapy benefits include:
- Relaxation and stress relief
- Mood enhancement, balance and wellbeing
- Relief of minor discomforts such as muscular tension and headaches
- Enhancing the immune, digestive, respiratory, and circulatory systems
- Improvements of various skin conditions
Benefits are enhanced by the use of quality essential oils, which is why Catherine uses only
therapeutic grade essential oils.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian Head Massage originated in India over 1,000 years ago; based on the Ancient healing system of Ayurveda. It was initially developed by women as part of grooming and passed on from mothers to daughters; and babies and children are regularly massaged. It was also adopted by barbers in men’s hairdressing due to the invigorating effect of the treatment. Indian Head Massage was introduced to England in 1981 where the practice has become very popular.
Indian Head Massage benefits include:
- Relief from eyestrain, headaches, facial pain, and neck and shoulder pain
- Reductions in stress and anxiety
- Relief for sinus complaints

- Improvements in hair and scalp conditions
No oil is used and clients are comfortably seated and fully clothed throughout the treatment.
